Job Description:

• UX research – gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product/project managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how application screen functions and look like create original graphic designs (e.g., Images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., Responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Tools like figma, wireframing, figma conversion to HTML/CSS files, photoshop (or any graphic editing tool), etc.
• Good understanding of UI development frameworks like spring boot, react, HTML, CSS, etc.
• 1-2 years of experience in working with and managing UI designers and frontend developers to get the work done as designed.

• Enhance product and service offerings: Identify opportunities to improve our existing platform and develop new solutions that meet the evolving needs of the social sector. 
• Refine product features: Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our features are user-friendly, effective, and address the specific challenges faced by organizations in the development sector. 
• Optimize customer interaction strategies: Develop and implement strategies to ensure our customers have a seamless experience with our platform and maximize the value they derive from our solutions. 

You will be a strong fit for this role if you have: 

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience working in the development sector, particularly in areas like CSR, project management, and impact assessment 
• A proven track record of 8 years+ experience of collaborating with non-profit organizations and other stakeholders in the development sector 
• Experience designing and implementing impactful social programs 
• A strong understanding of data-driven approaches to measuring and amplifying social impact 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
